Do you like our mission? We are very happy about that!
With your personal application we get a first impression of you.

  • Telephone -Interview

Our HR department will contact you and want to get to know you. In a casual telephone conversation we will find out what drives you. You can ask important questions to see if the position is interesting for you.

  • Challenge

You get to know your department head and are given a small challenge in which you present your thoughts. Here we find out what your skills are like and whether you like the topics of your work.

  • Team-Talk

You will get to know 1-2 Aparkado team members to see whether the team chemistry is right.
So you know whether you will feel comfortable with us as a person.

  • Founders-Talk

Our founders will discuss your and their experiences with you.
If everything fits, the contractual framework will be agreed upon and a date will be set for signing the contract.
