The LKW.APP adds a driver-friendly solution to the TIMOCOM tracking system
With the connection of the LKW.APP to TIMOCOM’s real-time tracking system, Aparkado has reached a crucial milestone. The feature works without additional hardware and without a log-in for drivers.
TIMOCOM activated its live shipment tracking for over 55,000 customers nationwide in July. The LKW.APP complements this offer and makes it available for the first time to a broad user group without their own telematics solution. The cooperation between Aparkado and TIMOCOM, which started as a strategic partnership at the beginning of 2025, aims to bring digital innovations into everyday logistics in a practical way and to noticeably increase transparency in the European transport chain.
The LKW.APP offers transport companies and their drivers an automated, user-friendly solution for shipment tracking. Orders placed via the TIMOCOM Marketplace can be opened by drivers via a link directly in the app. Location sharing takes place with one click and can be controlled by the driver at any time. All location data is transmitted securely and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Dispatchers and customers benefit from a precise ETA in real time. For drivers, live tracking complements the existing functions of the LKW.APP becomes a smart companion in stressful everyday life: truck-compliant routes based on vehicle profiles, parking space suggestions along the route, 41 filters for individual selection and live occupancy data of over 50,000 parking spaces throughout Europe.
The solution can be used without system changes and integration effort and is immediately available – for both iOS and Android. Even companies without their own telematics solution can easily participate in real-time tracking. Especially in the spot market, where flexibility is required, LKW.APP is filling this crucial gap.
