Terms and conditions for the campaign “Share warmth”
§ 1 Organizer
The organizer of the contest is Aparkado UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Pilgrimstr. 6, 50674 Cologne, Germany, support@lkw.app.
The contest is not connected to TikTok, Instagram, or any other social media platforms and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by them.
By participating in the contest, participants accept these terms and conditions.
§ 2 Contest Period and Procedure
The giveaway takes place from December 8, 2025, 00:00 (CET), to December 25, 2025, 23:59 (CET).
Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
Participation takes place by posting a photo or video on a public social media profile (e.g., Instagram or TikTok) that:
supports the slogan “Share warmth” and reflects the spirit of kindness and mutual support among drivers,
tags the official LKW.APP account, uses the hashtag #warmhearts, and
is not published solely as a story (stories may be added additionally but do not count alone as an entry).
Each person may participate only once. Multiple entries, automated registrations, or the use of several accounts to increase chances of winning are not permitted.
Participation in the contest is free of charge and independent of the purchase of any paid products or services.
§ 3 Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons who are at least 18 years old and work as truck drivers or in the transport industry.
Participation is not limited to users of LKW.APP.
If participants have limited legal capacity, the consent of a legal representative is required.
Employees of the organizer and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation for valid reasons, particularly:
(a) in case of manipulation related to access or execution of the contest,
(b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) in case of unfair conduct or false information.
§ 4 Prizes
The prize consists of a package with LKW.APP merchandise items.
Winners will be determined after the contest period by random draw among all valid entries.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be paid out in cash. The organizer reserves the right to replace prizes with equivalent ones.
§ 5 Notification and Delivery of Prizes
Winners will be notified within 14 days after the contest ends via direct message on the respective platform or by email.
Each winner must respond within 5 calendar days after notification.
If no response is received within this period, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Delivery of prizes will take place individually, for example, by shipping or personal handover. Exchange or cash payment is excluded.
By participating, participants agree that the organizer may publish the winner’s name or social media profile in anonymized or partial form (e.g., “Max M. from Berlin” or “@username”).
§ 6 Early Termination of the Contest
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons.
This particularly applies if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical (e.g., viruses, manipulation, software errors) or legal reasons.
If termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer may claim compensation for any damages incurred.
§ 7 Liability
The organizer is not liable for technical issues, delays, or failures that affect participation.
Claims for possible material or legal defects of the prizes are excluded.
The organizer is only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
§ 8 Data Protection
For participation in the contest, the collection and processing of personal data (e.g., name, social media profile, contact details) are required.
These data are used exclusively for conducting the contest, contacting winners, and delivering prizes.
No data will be shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes without explicit consent.
After the contest ends, personal data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Participants may revoke their consent to data storage at any time by contacting support@lkw.app and thereby withdraw from participation.
§ 9 Complaints and Contact
Complaints or questions related to the contest must be submitted within one week after the winners’ announcement to support@lkw.app.
The contest is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Legal recourse is excluded.
§ 10 Severability Clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
